Experience – 17 years overall, With Fulcrum – 8 years. Johnson Jose is a senior CRM and Operations Management professional with close to two decades in the IT and ITES industry. His industry experience covers IT, Banking, Insurance and BPO sectors. A passionate leader, he has always believed in putting the customer above and ahead of all priorities. Johnson believes that the customer’s mandate is critical to business success, and ensures he solves problems for the customer.
With additional know-how in end-end Operations, Team Management, In-house Event Management and Process Excellence, Johnson has been driving the journey with innovation and solution-centricity. An openness to learning, building one’s own and team’s expertise to continually create value for the customer, forms a well-rounded professional, he asserts.

In his free time, he loves to spend quality time with his family and friends. He ensures that his whole family comes together every year around for Christmas. He is a great animal lover, and in future, is planning to build a shelter for dogs, as part of his voluntary services for social causes.
