Process Trainees / Executives

Job Profile :

An exciting job that offers you an experience to work with professionals in International markets, the process trainee/executive will work with teams driving business critical solutions for its global clients.

Key Responsibilities and Skill Sets :

The process executive will be working with a team of BPO Non-Voice experts, interacting with customers, meeting client requirements, and ensuring operational excellence. Key skill sets include excellent written / oral business communication, knowledge of MS Office and a passion for learning new processes, technologies.

Mandatory : Work in US/EU shifts
