As part of the Export and Shipping Invoicing process, Fulcrum Global had to deal with data mismatches, incomplete data in the invoices, modification, addition or deletion of products, and last-mile logistics requirements. However, to do this seamlessly and flawlessly using the client’s application was a limitation, due to system incompatibility.

As a result of the system incompatibility, the Fulcrum Team had to manually update each and every detail relating to the Invoice requirements. The manual update had to be done in Excel which was time-consuming and also highly prone to human errors like typo errors and so on. This resulted in huge time delays in the activity, impacting the overall TAT for the orders and shipments. This also affected the commitment given to the customer.
